This course is designed for Power BI beginners who want to learn about Time Intelligence and Process/Workflow/Lifecycle Managmeent.
It is useful for anybody involved with any of the following:
Process Management – tracking items through a set of stages.
Workflow Management – managing and tracking tasks or items through defined steps.
Lifecycle Management – especially if the item has a start, middle, and end (e.g., a case, job, or application).
Work-in-Progress (WIP) Tracking – common in manufacturing or service industries to track items that are not yet completed.
Pipeline Analysis – used in sales, recruitment, manufacturing, and project management.
Cohort Analysis – often used when tracking items (or people) over time, grouped by a shared characteristic (e.g., entry date).
Stage-based Analytics – analyzing how many items are at each stage over time.
Time-in-State Analysis – understanding how long items stay in a stage and how many are active at a given time.
Throughput Tracking – how many items pass through a system in a given time period
Production Flow Management – in manufacturing.
Case Tracking – in legal, healthcare, or support settings.
Application Pipeline Management – in HR, school admissions, or government processing.
