How do I join my session?

Once you’re registered for an event, the link will be emailed to you. Please check your spam folder and mark it as “not spam”. If you don’t have it, please contact support.

The join link may appear in the calendar just before the event starts. Don’t forget to refresh the calendar. We start on time. For recorded and free sessions the wait room may close a minute or so after the start time.

If you need to enter a session after the start time, please make an arrangement with support ahead of time.

How do I get the files for my session?

A link to the files (or the files themselves) will be emailed once you’re registered.

Hardware and Software

You or your employer provide the appropriate computer and software. If you don’t have access to that please contact is to make an arrangement ahead of time.

Tips

  • Restart your modem, router and computer the day before or an hour before your course. This will make sure your computer is stable and you will have the least amount of problems with connectivity.
  • Join the session before the start time to make sure your environment is working.
  • Use a proper mouse and not a track pad (unless you prefer the track pad but for some people a mouse is easier).
  • Have more than one monitor. This gives you space to see the session and your own work at the same time.
